LCS – One in Prayer – ILSM &TGNC 海员和泰人事工代祷事项

Items for June 2025– International Lutheran Seafarers Mission (ILSM)

For June 2025, let us all be one in prayer for the ILSM & TGNC.

Please cover the ILSM & TGNC in the Prayers of the Church, as well as in your Prayer Meetings and small group meetings. Do encourage your members to pray for them during their family or personal prayer times.

Pastors have the option to cover the items in a single Sunday or over any number of Sundays for the month. Pastors should also feel free to contact each other for more details and clarifications regarding the items listed, so as to pray with better understanding.

Prayer Items for ILSM

  1. For the Seafarers’ Carnival on 22 Jun 2025 to be successful and all our objectives achieved:
  • To raise ILSM profile as a credible and committed contributor to the well-being of seafarers.
  • To establish an annual flagship event for fund raising.
  • To develop a sustainable network of regular resource supporters.
  1. God will allow at least 100 Seafarers (at least 80 from Pasir Panjang Terminal; at least 20 from Tuas Terminal Gateway) to be free to join the Carnival on 22 Jun 2025. We will fetch them to and from the Carnival site.
  2. For the churches who have agreed to celebrate Sea Sunday (22 Jun 2025), that they will truly bless Seafarers with their prayers and generous giving. We hope to raise at least $100,000 for this inaugural event from LCS and non-LCS congregations.
  3. For God to provide like-minded partners with funding capabilities to set up the Seafarers’ International Friendship Centre (SIFC) near Tuas Terminal Gateway by the end of this year. This will give us more opportunities for deeper engagements with Seafarers to create impact encounters for them with God and the Gospel.

Prayers for Thai Good News Centre (TGNC)

  1. God’s leading and blessings upon the ministry of TGNC.
  2. May the Lord bestow His wisdom, love and understanding, that members of TGNC may serve the Lord together in love and unity, and be the light of God’s grace and peace to those who need the Lord.
  3. May the Lord grant TGNC fruits from their outreach efforts to the Thais.
  4. May those who come for the programmes and activities of TGNC experience the love and peace of God.
  5. May the Lord bless the ministry team of TGNC with wisdom and strength, and fill their heart with joy and peace.

泰人福音中心祷告事项 – 2025 年 六月份

1. 愿上帝引导并赐福于TGNC的事工。

2. 愿主赐予TGNC的成员智慧、爱和理解，使他们能够在爱与团结中共同 侍奉主，并成为需要主的人们传递上帝恩典与平安的光。

3. 愿主使TGNC在对泰国的外展工作中结出果实。

4. 愿那些参加TGNC的节目和活动的人们体验到上帝的爱与平安。

5. 愿主赐福于TGNC的事工团队，给予他们智慧和力量，并使他们的心充

满喜乐与平安。
